Job Description:
The Director of Cath Lab, RN, will play a vital role in leading and
managing the Cath Lab department and staff. This includes
overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care within the
cardiac catheterization laboratory, ensuring compliance with
policies and procedures, and promoting teamwork among healthcare
providers. The Director will also be responsible for resource
management, staff performance, and customer satisfaction within the
Cath Lab.
