Job Description:
A company is looking for a Partner Program Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the VP of Partnerships to create an
enterprise-level partner program
Engage with internal stakeholders to align teams on partnership
goals
Track partner performance and analyze data to optimize processes
and engagement
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in partner program development and/or
complex program management
5 years of experience in SaaS partner programs, preferably in
MarTech
Experience designing partner programs for System Integrators,
Digital Agencies, and Technology partners
Proven ability to plan and execute a start-to-finish business
strategy
Understanding of the marketing technology ecosystem and GenAI
implications
